Autumn has arrived and even though it’s hard to give up summer, there is something I love about crisp mornings, golden leaves and the return of comforting, hearty food that we all love.

As I write, Upton is looking beautiful in its autumn colours and there’s a real sense of community as we head into the season of harvest festivals and everything the area offers at this time of year. So, whether you’re stopping by on a countryside walk or picking up your weekly essentials, we look forward to welcoming you in-store. We’re open every day from 7am to 9pm, so are aways here when you need us.
