March is finally in our sight and we’ll soon all be able to come out of hibernation! January seemed to be particularly dreary this year with seemingly endless rain, but spring is on the horizon and Upton can begin to prepare in earnest for its famous festivals and everything else that makes the town such an attraction.

We absolutely love being here and playing our part, so let’s all make this year even better than last………..we just need the weather to do its bit too! The thing that always strikes me about Upton is how vibrant a place it is and how much goes on, so it was great to see our Community Savings Scheme fund new football shirts for Welland Football Club, netball dresses for Hanley Castle Sixth Form, rugby shirts for Upton Rugby Club, a donation towards Upton Scouts new kitchen and another for Worcestershire Breast Haven. Thank you to everyone!

Our local producers continue to supply us with fantastic products, so whether you’re restocking the cupboards, eating a little lighter, or simply treating yourself as the days get longer, be sure to look out for their items in-store. Your support makes a real difference to them and the local community.
