Full-Time Team Leader
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Team Leader to join our supermarket team. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of our store, where no two days are the same. You'll lead by example, support the day-to-day running of the store, while delivering outstanding customer service and helping to create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for motivating and supporting the team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring shelves are well stocked, maintaining high store standards, operating tills when needed and working across departments to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

Full time - fully flexible, including evenings and weekends
Previous retail experience is essential, and supervisory or leadership experience would be an advantage. We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates well, stays calm under pressure and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team.
