“My wife did not realise that I had been self indulgent and already bought myself one of your Rocky Road cakes. When Zi arrived home and made a cup of tea I broke off a small portion of the brownie and offered it to my wife . My intention was to give her this free gift. My wife is very cautious about her sugar intake but after consuming this small piece of the brownie she smiled and asked if there was a bit more coming her way. Over the course of the following ten minutes she had scoffed the lot declaring that it was just perfect. The correct balance of moisture in the centre. It made me feel slightly irritated that she had gobbled it all up before I had chance to have a little taste. However, I consoled myself with the scrumptious Rocky Road that I polished off with my cup of green tea. Thank you very much ”
