Founded in 1989 by Barbara Moinet in her Stroud kitchen, this thriving preserves business is now run and managed by James Moinet and James Horwood. The original ethos of small batch production using high quality ingredients is still in place, resulting in over 100 awards for a number of products, including relishes, chutneys, dressings, jams and marmalades.

Many of the products are multi award-winning, with the Rough Cut Seville Orange marmalade earning three Gold awards, the Tewkesbury Mustard two Gold awards, and the Summer Berry jam, Beetroot chutney, Hot Lime pickle, Coarse Cut Lime marmalade, Fig & Plum relish, Red Onion marmalade, Coarse Grain Mustard with Honey, Raspberry vinegar and Cherry & Amaretto jam each earning a Gold award amongst others…
