SEVERN AREA RESCUE ASSOCIATION VISITS WARNER’S

Representatives of voluntary organisation Severn Area Rescue Association brought one of their rescue vehicles and a lifeboat to the store and explained about their vital role in keeping the local community safe, particularly during the floods. Not only that, but store manager Jack Cross was able to present them with a cheque from the Warner’s Community Savings Scheme.

The Warner’s Community Savings Scheme has been running for over 15 years, with our loyal customers being at the very heart of this initiative, getting to choose who they would like us to support. Tokens are earnt for each £10 spent instore, which can then be deposited into a collection box for whichever local group or charity they most like.

Robin from SARA said, “The team were delighted with the funds raised by Warners' customers and they wish me to pass on their thanks.”
