“Lovely sausages! We cooked ours along with some others for comparison and the Todenham Manor Farm sausages were great, good flavour and soft texture. They didn’t shrink as much as some sausages do and gave a good even brown colour. We cooked them in the oven rather than frying. Good pork flavour. It would be nice to see some with maybe apple chunks or pepper included to give a variety of flavours. These were certainly the best sausages we’ve had in a long time. Definitely on the shopping list for our next visit. Thank you for the opportunity to try them.”
